Katrina waves at suicide

Greetings,

Suicide is painless, unless you're dumb enough to actually try it--this is a valuable lesson learned from my novel The Mind-Warp Era (even though the pen name is W.C. Leadbeater the vorkling Finny is also a character), but this didn't stop Katrina from threatening it--should've read the book, I guess. My mid-20s fun-loving gurl-friend--friend though lesbian she may be--threatened suicide on the internet over the weekend. She has a blog, & twice threatened to end it. This was, of course, extremely upsetting, so I talked it over with Cathy Upstairs (Cathy Downstairs is now in Pennsylvania). She suggested calling the copz in Memphis, home of Elvis & the ancient Greeks. That oaf Warren overheard the conversation & had to butt in; I told him to sod off & he got all offended, but it really was none of his business. When Katrina finally showed up online again she was pretty pissed about me calling the copz on her, but if she'd have committed suicide it would've been on my conscience.
